This is some good quality and very fragrant lavender. I've already used some to make my natural toothpaste. I'm going to be using it in a Castille soap mix as well.
More than just the typical grocery store spice which is mostly just for color but no real taste to the food. This has an excellent flavor!

I make a umami mixture after a recipe found on the web. The name of the author escapes me at the moment. It consists of porcini, thyme, pepper and salt. We put in everything except ice cream

Love Sundried Tomatoes. I like the idea of ordering in quantity and then seasoning and adding olive oil as needed for salads and sandwiches.
